Editing Your Listing in the ‘Members Directory’

• If you are not ‘Logged In’ you need to ‘Log In’

• Click on ‘Members Log In’ below the page footer

• At the Login Screen
  • enter your ‘Username’
  • enter your ‘Password’
  • Click ‘Log In Button’

• At your Admin Dashboard Page
  • Click on ‘GCNCC Visit Site’ (top left corner)

Now you need to navigate and locate your Members Business listing – (full page)

This can be done a few ways the most direct is search for your business in the Site Search and open your Business Directory Listing (this is the page with your business contact details and description with an image to the left of your business name. OR

• Click on ‘Members Directory’ (YES Click on the words “Members Directory’ as that is the Menu Button)
  • Locate your Business Card display (Your Brief Listing of your business as it has no description, it also shares the page with other businesses in your category)
  • Now go to the your Full Page Business listing display Clicking on
    • Your Business Name, or
    • The Image, or
    • ‘View Listing’

• Click ‘Edit Listing’
  When you have finished editing the forms Text fields Click ‘Submit’
  NOTE: your email address is required for the contact form to work, however your email address will not be see on your listing. This is done to stop email addresses from being harvested and used by spammers

• Upload or Change Your Image
  If you have an image Click ‘Browse’ your computer and find a suitable image, approx 400 pixels wide x 300 pixels high (smaller is fine minimum is 150 pixels wide x 150 pixels high) Maximum file size is 200KB so please resize images before trying to upload.

• Now if you wish you can ‘Delete’ your existing image and then upload a new image
  If you are happy with your image click ‘Exit Now’

• When you have clicked ‘Exit Now’ you have published the changes to your Members Listing.
