As the Gold Coast North Chamber of Commerce a not for profit organisation that incurs large expenses associated with events which must be paid in advance, please be advised that the following cancellation policy applies:- No refund of tickets can be provided on any events if cancellation is notified within 2 days of the event.
- If cancellation is notified outside of the 2 days, then a refund will be issued less a cancellation fee of $10.00 to cover administration costs.
If an event is cancelled by the Gold Coast North Chamber of Commerce after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to you within fourteen (14) business days after the scheduled date of the event.
